Recognising that it is still much easier for most of us to read hardcopy than a computer screen, I have had Series 1-4 printed as a paperback book also entitled: “In Defence of the Gospel”.
I intend to distribute it via this website at cost price. The FREE version, A4 size, will continue to be available for download below. However, when I printed it out on my home printer it took four refills of the black cartridge! Each cartridge costs around $30, so, had I been unable to refill it myself, the hardcopy would have cost over $100. This prompted me to produce a professionally printed version. It is A5 size, and contains 442 pages, plus intros. I have made an initial printing run of 100, at a cost of $22 each, but I am hoping to bring that down substantially in due course, as demand increases. Mailing it around Australia costs up to $9 and PayPal will charge me about $1. So at this stage $32AU covers my cost. At this juncture, I do not believe I am liable for GST. Because of the prohibitive cost of mailing overseas (somewhere between $20 and $30AU) this offer is limited to Australian readers only for the time being. I have made arrangements with PayPal (an invention of Ebay) for those who wish to purchase the printed version above. You must have a credit or debit card, like Visa or similar, and an email address. (your password, and card or account number never reach me, only the money goes into my account with your username as an identifier.) PayPal guarantees purchases up to $1500.
